As a family-owned and operated business in Sycamore, IL since the late summer of 1998, BLP Construction was built on hard work, integrity, and decades of hands-on field experience. Founder Bob Pondelick began his career with Hanson Excavating in Elburn, IL, working there from 1985 until launching BLP. Starting small and growing steadily over the years is what has shaped the strong, dependable company we are today.

BLP Construction has been a family owned and operated business in Sycamore, IL since the late summer of 1998.
